The Beaverdam Baptist Association met for the first time on Thursday, October 6, 1887, at the New Bethel Baptist Church, Oakway, South Carolina, with 26 churches "enrolled."
Today we are a fellowship of 68 Southern Baptist churches engaged in doing the mission of God in South Carolina's "Golden Corner" -- and beyond! The association represents 21,984 church members.
